Custom Sportswear
Custom work begins after the measurements, materials, design, price and expected timeline are confirmed. Customers are responsible for checking submitted measurements and approving the specification. Custom items may have limited return eligibility except where damaged or inconsistent with the approved specification.
Intellectual Property and Liability
Athlites branding and original site content may not be reused commercially without permission. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses reasonably connected with the relevant product or service; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Products, Prices and Availability

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. The amount displayed during checkout, together with any applicable delivery charge or tax shown there, is the amount presented for confirmation.
Custom Measurements and Approval
For customized sportswear, customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate measurements in centimeters and reviewing their selected fit, fabric and design options. Made-to-order production may begin after the configuration and payment are confirmed. Because personalized garments are created for a specific customer, cancellation, exchange and return eligibility may differ from standard products.
Payments and Order Review
Payment services may be provided by an independent payment gateway. Athlites does not ask customers to share card PINs or one-time passwords through the contact form. An automated acknowledgement does not always mean that an order has entered production. If a pricing, stock or technical error affects an order, the customer will be contacted with the available resolution.
